A native of the East Coast, Walter studied at RIT's School of Photographic Arts & Sciences. He has been working in the upstate New York region since 1986 and in his own photo studio since 2000 located in Rochester's Neighborhood of the Arts. His award winning images have been featured numerous times in Archive, Communication Arts, Graphis, Art Direction, Print Annual and Sports Illustrated magazines.
